Most leaks start in one place: a cracked pipe boot, a loose flashing, a worn valley. Fixing that costs a fraction of a new roof. We look for the cause first and quote the repair.
When a roof really is worn out, we'll show you why with photos, so you can see it for yourself.
How a job goes
- Inspection
We get on the roof, and in the attic when needed, and photograph what we find.
- Written report
Photos, the cause of the problem, and whether it calls for a repair or a replacement.
- Your decision
Take your time. The report is yours to keep either way.
- Written contract
Scope, price, schedule, and warranty, spelled out before any work starts.
- The work
Daily cleanup, and a magnetic sweep of the yard, driveway, or parking lot when we finish.
- Warranty
Five years on labor for roofs 4/12 and steeper, one year on low-slope roofs, plus the manufacturer's material warranty.

About KOG Roofing
Bobby Roach started KOG Roofing in 2010 with a stack of work orders and business cards, and sold his first roof at sundown on his first day. Since then he has sold and run hundreds of jobs, from shingle re-roofs to TPO, EPDM, torch-down, and metal.
He runs each job himself: the inspection, the estimate, the material order, and the crew schedule. His favorite part of the work hasn't changed. It's telling an owner the truth about their roof, finishing the job right, and driving home knowing they're happy.
